I am passionate about connecting families to the services they need, so that they can raise their children in a supportive environment and thrive together. I am so excited to be part of the village helping you and your children reach your fullest potential!

Anastasiia Chorna
Intake and Administrative Coordinator
I’m passionate about supporting families as they take the first steps in their ABA journey. I believe that every family deserves to feel cared for from the very beginning. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming experience where parents feel confident, supported, and empowered, and where every child has the opportunity to thrive. I truly value building trust and being a part of a team that is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Jaimie Knee, MA, BCBA, LBA
Assessment Specialist
I've been lucky to work in the field of ABA since 2011, becoming a BCBA in 2016. I was born and raised in the small town of Wabash, IN with my parents, younger sister, and younger brother. I'm a graduate of Ball State University and currently reside in Indianapolis, IN with my partner, Ryan, and our pets. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, hiking, live music, and spending as much time with my loved ones as possible.

Melanie Villalobos, MA, BCBA
Melanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 7 years of experience supporting children, teens, and their families through life’s challenges and growth. She embraces neurodiversity and values connection, care, and deep respect for each family's unique journey. As a mom, she brings both personal understanding and professional insight to the support she provides.

Ashley Damm, MA, BCBA
I've been working in the field of ABA for over 8 years and am deeply passionate about helping individuals and their families thrive. My goal is to support each client in building meaningful skills, increasing independence, and improving overall quality of life! I’m committed to creating a positive, collaborative environment where clients can grow into the best version of themselves and where caregivers feel confident, supported, and empowered along the way.

Angela Stokes, MS, BCBA
I have been a BCBA for just over 10 years now. Prior to that I was a teacher for a self-contained classroom where most of my students had an autism diagnosis. I love helping and teaching people and always knew I wanted to be in the teaching field since a young age. My favorite thing to see is when a concept "clicks" for a client or parent.

Karena Robertson, MA BCBA
I have been providing behavior analytic services for 15 years. I received my bachelors degree in Secondary Education at Indiana University before obtaining a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am passionate about using the practices and principles of ABA to increase executive functions and activities of daily living skills (ADLS), as well as improve the overall quality of life for the individuals and families that I serve.

Bailee Hoffman MA, BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I’m passionate about using evidence-based practices to help individuals build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. I specialize in early intervention, functional communication training, and initial intake assessments. I enjoy collaborating closely with families and teams to create lasting, positive change.
Brianna Barbato, MA, BCBA
I have been in the field of ABA since 2021, supporting kids and families across clinic, home, and school settings, with most of my experience in early intervention. I’m especially passionate about child-led therapy, building school readiness skills, and supporting communication with AAC device use. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, catching up on my favorite shows, and spending time with my friends and family!
Maqenzi Hovious, MEd, BCBA
Kayla Kaczka, MA, BCBA, LBA
As a dedicated behavior analyst, I have worked across clinic, in-home, and community settings, with a special focus on early intervention to support young learners and their families. I live just outside Indianapolis with my husband, son, and daughter, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful, practical change in the lives of the individuals I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, making sourdough bread, and spending time with my family—especially during our trips to Michigan.
Jessica Porter, MS, BCBA
My name is Jessica Porter M.S., BCBA. I graduated from IUPUI with my undergrad and attended Purdue Global University for my Masters. I grew up in Acton, IN, and currently live in Indianapolis, IN.
